Under the direct supervision of the Partners, the VP will be primarily responsible for:

• Execution management in connection with the structuring and execution of M&A and Debt Advisory transactions in the Sector;
• support Partners in the coordination of day-to-day transaction execution, including communication with clients, interaction and coordination of investors, financial institutions, and other transaction advisors.
• supervision of the execution team (including analyst and associates);

• primary responsibility on valuation, preparation of cash-flow models - either directly or coordinating junior members of the team - in connection with M&A transactions and complex infrastructure/project financing;
• support on the overall transaction process including inter alia, RFPs, NBOs, BOs, due diligence and contracts negotiation as well as drafting of debt term sheets and execution of debt structuring;
• participation in marketing activities: primary responsibility on pitches, peer and new deals valuations;
• participation in clients and investors meetings;
• support on Business Development and Market analysis on the main sectors related to the Sector;
• support in product development in connection with innovative solutions in the market in coordination with law firms, other advisory and research institutions;
• support to the management in the international development of the firm.

Requirements:

• Outstanding proven analytical and financial modelling skills;
• prior work experience in investment banking, M&A Industrial or infrastructure or project finance, advisory firm or in any case experience as senior manager or VP in debt and/or M&A activities;
• English proficiency; French is considered a plus;
• entrepreneurial and result-oriented attitude;
• strong writing and communication skills;
• enthusiastic, proactive and team oriented.
