Responsabilities

 Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders (brand and digital) to understand their needs, and act as a strategic advisor, helping to translate them into effective and scalable technology solutions.

 End-to-End Process Design & Optimization: Analyze, design and re-engineer marketing processes, implementing best practices to improve productivity and customers/consumers experience. Ensure process design meets IT architecture standards and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.

 Portfolio & Demand Management: Oversee all the initiatives in the assigned field of responsibility, by managing the demand, prioritization, resource allocation, and budget.

 Project Leadership & Support: Contribute or manage directly projects and programs in the assigned field of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the standards defined by the ICT Governance team. Provide process expertise and support to projects that require it.

 Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Explore and evaluate emerging technologies actively (e.g., automation, AI, machine learning, process mining tools) with the goal of driving process innovation and efficiency. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by acting as a change agent within the community.

 System Leadership and Service Management: Supervise and coordinate the end users’ support and the maintenance of the applications in the assigned domain. Establish and monitor service management KPIs in line with business expectations.

 Requirements

 Education: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's/MBA in relevant areas (marketing, process optimization, IT strategy) is considered a plus.

 Experience: 8+ years in IT roles related to MarTech (process management, business analysis, solution architecture). FMCG, cosmetic or similar industry experience preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects internationally.

 Process Expertise and FMCG Acumen: Deep knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing processes, challenges and trends, ideally in the FMCG industry.

 Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of MarTech platforms such as websites, CMS, eCommerce, marketing automation, Social Media, DAM, CDP and others. Familiarity with some platforms in the MarTech field (e.g. Salesforce and/or Adobe suites) is considered a plus.

 Project & Change Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), change management within complex organizations, and budget/expense tracking.

 Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong negotiation/influencing skills, proven also in an international context. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to translate business needs into technical requirements.

 Leadership and Strategic Vision: Ability to set a strategic vision for MarTech within the organization. Proven experience in building and leading a team, with the ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture.

 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills. Ability to use data to make informed decisions and to present complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to resolve problems with creative approaches.

 IT Service Management Expertise: Knowledge of Service Management principles and frameworks (e.g. ITIL) is considered a plus.

 Languages Knowledge: Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Italian is highly valued. Knowledge of any other language (Spanish, French, or German) is considered a plus.
