We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Transport Operations Manager to lead and oversee our operations in Poland. Thisis a key leadership role that combines operational excellence with a strong commercial mindset. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who speaks both Polish and English fluently, can manage the local team effectively, and ensure optimal coordination with our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the Polish branch
• Lead and manage a team of 7 employees
• Supervise and support a fleet of 16 Polish drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Act as the main point of contact for all driver-related matters, including communication in Polish and understanding driver costs and salary components, especially for international trips (e.g. to Germany)
• Ensure proper cost control and budget management at branch level
• Support and drive commercial activities (client communication, pricing, basic sales support)
• Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with headquarters and other branches to align strategies and operations
• Foster a strong team spirit and a professional working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in branch or operations management in the transportation/logistics sector
• Strong understanding of driver management, including salary structures and cost implications for international routes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Polish and English (German is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions independently
• Solid knowledge of transport operations, dispatching, and warehouse processes
