Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the Controlling team in financial management activities, contributing to performance monitoring and the development of decision-support tools. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting activities
• Verifying cost allocation and cost management, proposing improvements or adjustments when needed
• Acting as an internal business partner, providing reports, insights, and analyses to support strategic decisions
• Supporting the development of an internal dashboard for monitoring key business KPIs, in coordination with the broader organization and cluster controllers
• Mapping key finance processes by drafting procedures and developing tools or templates as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within a consultancy firm or multinational company
• Strong understanding of financial and economic analysis, budgeting, and reporting methodologies (IAS/IFRS standards)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including senior management
• Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach
