Introduzione

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently seeking a Brand Manager for our Client, a multinational company operating in Food & Beverage sector.

Descrizione della posizione

  • Functional Management
  • Responsible for the Brand strategy and Equity
  • Responsible for the Brand P&L (Gross Brand Contribution);
  • Develop strong brand plans to support profitable growth for the company, and guidelines to execute in Off Trade and On Trade channels by Trade Marketing Function.
  • Develop and implement brand communication & activation programs, promotions, sponsorships etc with relevant agencies & partners;
  • Identify growth opportunities or savings for the entrusted brands;
  • Responsible for driving the brand planning process, linked to the overall business planning working closely with sales, finance, supply chain & HQ;
  • Responsible for the brands Innovation pipeline (new brands, new categories) 1-3 years; assessing business impact and developing launch plans;
  • Coordinating Local Innovation Board;
  • Share sell in/out/consumer data & financial information using IRI / Nielsen with the rest of the team, sales & management;
  • Timely, relevant and concise upward information management

 

Personal competencies

  • Five years experience in Brand Manager roles;
  • Proactively aligns him/ herself and team towards the agreed priorities;
  • Takes into account details and big picture when solving problems;
  • Demonstrates commitment and personal ownership, and sticks to decisions taken;
  • Takes and executes decisions with quality and speed;
  • Project Management approach
  • Ability to prioritise projects according to strategy and potential ;
  • Ability to communicate directly to all organizational levels and in different relevant languages;
  • Accommodating and listening, but also result and conclusion driven;
  • Responsible approach to processes, deadlines and colleagues;
  • Strong organizational and team culture;
  • Role model internally and towards external stakeholders.
  • IT: MS Office applications - Strong / Excellent knowledge
  • Excel Strong / Excellent knowledge
  • PowerPoint Strong / Excellent knowledge
  • IRI/Nielsen DB Strong / Excellent knowledge

 

Educational requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing Management or similar

 

Language skills:

• Italian - Fluent (spoken and written) – C1 *

• English - Fluent (spoken and written) C1*
