Product Strategy and Development Manager

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a Product Strategy and Development Manager for a leading Company in the Credit Management sector.

He/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- Monitoring market dynamics, latest developments in the servicing industry, financial institutions and competitors value proposition seeking to identify new products / services to integrate in the Company service offering;
- monitoring commercial pipelines;
- identifying best practices, channel these to other countries and lead deployment projects across the regions in coordination with other Group Functions, Group Subject Matter Experts and Regions / Countries management teams;
- elaborating presentations and financial models for internal and external stakeholders (i.e. clients and prospects) for presenting new products and opportunities;
- participating actively to meetings with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. clients and prospects);
- working with M&A in the identification of investment opportunities leading the deployment of subsequent partnerships in coordination with other Group Functions and Regions / Countries management teams;
- supporting Group Project & Transformation and Group COO in the management and evolution of the operating / technology platform under the business point of view.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a strategic consulting company with a strong FS Industry background (direct experience with Credit Servicing, Banks Strategy / CRO [Chief Risk Officer] / CLO [Chief Lending Officer] areas considered as a plus) and / or in an International Financial Institution (direct experience in Strategy and / or Business development);
- Microsoft Office: PPT full proficiency in creating client ready presentations, XLS full proficiency in creating financial models (ability to use advanced programming language - e.g. Python - considered as a plus);
- proven experience in managing junior resources and interfacing with senior stakeholders;
- autonomous, self-motivated, able to manage multiple work streams in parallel;
- excellent analytical capability; problem solving / solutions-oriented and focused upon delivery results;
- able to work under pressure, in a very dynamic environment and eager to assume responsibilities;
- able to work in international teams and business oriented mindset;
- fluent in English.
