Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Capital Markets Director - Retail for a leading advisory Company in Real Estate sector.

Main activities:

 

  • Responsible for achieving the economic/financial objectives for CM Retail team;
  • directly manages the process of offering/negotiating mandates and assignments, reporting directly to the CM manager;
  • identify new areas of growth and anticipating markets trends;
  • managing most of the ongoing deals in the market, ability to monitor the Company and its main competitors operations;
  • assist the Head of Capital Markets in leading the department’s change management efforts;
  • collaboration with the various souls of the CM team and with key people from the various Company departments;
  • keeps stakeholders and customers informed about marketing activities and results both through formal (e.g. periodic reports, continuous correspondence) and informal channels; plan and organizes corporate promotional marketing activities and presents Company products and services to internal and external customers;
  • managing the flow of information that is communicated to various media channels; provides information for press releases, featured articles and online articles and participates in industry events including as a speaker;
  • play an active role in ensuring departmental priorities and all deadlines are met; supervises staff, including training and monitoring team member performance;
  • strategic vision also linked to human capital in the reference market.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 8 years related experience;
  • previous Supervisory experiences preferred;
  • knowledge of Capital Markets Industry;
  • ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents; ability  to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues; ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style; ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, client, top management and/or public groups; ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action;
  • requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate complex figures; ability to forecast and prepare budgets; conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports;
  • proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
  • focus on project planning and execution within time and budget constraints; adept at problem solving and decision making;
  • commercial acumen;
  • negotiation;
  • business development: has, cultivates and creates new personal relationships with customer decision makers on the team (with a view to generating business);
  • collaboration across the organization.
