Our client, an international organisation operating in a regulated environment, is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution across the Technology & Security organisation.

Working closely with senior technology leadership and business stakeholders, you will act as a key driver of delivery excellence — bringing structure, alignment and momentum to complex software, cloud and technology transformation programmes.

Your role

• Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives, from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Manage complex programmes involving software platforms, cloud transformation, SaaS solutions and technology modernisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data, Security, Business and external partners.
• Establish clear delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies and risk management practices.
• Drive effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and partners, ensuring value, quality and successful outcomes.
• Support portfolio visibility, executive reporting and decision-making through relevant KPIs and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, governance and ways of working.

Your profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, technical project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record delivering complex software, digital or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development environments, Cloud and modern technology landscapes.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct hierarchical authority.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, structured and delivery-oriented mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity.

Experience in a regulated industry, such as medical, pharmaceutical, financial services or insurances, is highly valued.

Fluent English is mandatory; French is an advantage.
