Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Group Regulatory Manager (in Germany) to draft declarations and forms required by customers, particularly focusing on issuing compliance certifications related to food regulations in paper trade;
• Plan all necessary documentation for obtaining and maintaining authorizations for trading business products;
• Manage and maintain documentation for national and international regulatory authorities;
• Develop and update registration dossiers and technical files;
• Draft safety data sheets;
• Submit PCN/UFI notifications to the ECHA portal;
• Liaise with customers on regulatory inquiries;
• Work with suppliers to ensure technical documentation aligns with product specifications;
• Engage with R&D teams for regulatory evaluations on formula development;
• Handle product notification issues;
• Address non-compliance product concerns with suppliers and customers.

Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar regulatory role;
• Proficiency in REACH/CLP regulations;
• Strong English language skills;
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Knowledge of main regulations within the paper industry;
• Experience in chemistry or plastic sectors is advantageous.
