We are currently partnered with a Medical Capital Equipment Company who seek a Sales Manager for Germany. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the sales team and strengthen the market position.  

 

Your tasks include:  

  • Managing significant accounts and key customers as needed. 
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with accounts and facilitates executive-level interactions between the company and these accounts, ensuring accurate and predictable sales forecasts. 
  • Collaborating with partners such as distributors and agents when necessary. 
  • Leading and coordinating team members, helping them achieve their goals, evaluating their performance, and taking initiatives to boost their motivation and development according to their personal and professional attributes. 
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing data, implementing corrective measures when necessary. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Experience with sales into the German hospital market and tender system 
  • Experience in leading a sales team 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in English (German a prerequisite.)
