Responsabilities:

• The IS Manager Italy is accountable for the end-to-end management of the Italy IS, covering Run, Support, Projects, Evolutions, and Governance.
• The main objectives of the role are to:
  • Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of daily IS operations
  • Ensure the management of the local IS team, including local staff under D_NEXT central management
  • Clarify and strengthen governance and ownership across local applications,
  • Secure the industrial IS transformation roadmap in alignment with Maisons priorities,
  • Act as the central interface between local business sponsors, D_Next central IT, and external vendors.
  •  IS Operational Management & Business Continuity:
    • Manage the full scope of local IS activities, including application support (L3), projects, and evolutions.
    • Structure support L2 in alignment with D_NEXT support processes
    • Secure business continuity for manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on critical applications (e.g. NTS).
    • Implement structured monitoring of incidents, requests, service levels, and ensure appropriate reporting
    • Support & enable the delivery of major Industrial transformation projects
  • Application Governance & Ownership
    • Define, clarify, and formalize roles and responsibilities for each local application across demand, build, and run activities.
    • Ensure alignment between local business needs and Central IT standards and orientations.
    • Contribute to the definition and controlled evolution of the target application landscape.
  • Project steering and coordination with Central IT & Stakeholders
    • Coordinate closely with D_Next central teams on projects (local or central), roadmaps, support, and security topics.
    • Act as the primary IS point of contact for Italy MD business sponsors (Manufacturing, Finance).
    • Ensure effective articulation between local priorities and Central-level initiatives.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Manage relationships with IS vendors and partners (e.g. NTS, system integrators, support providers).
    • Monitor service quality, performance, and contractual commitments.
    • Contribute to decisions related to internalization and outsourcing
  • Security, Risk & Compliance
    • Contribute to cybersecurity risk assessments for the Italy Manufacturing perimeter.
    • Support the definition and deployment of security recommendations in coordination with relevant Central teams.
    • Ensure compliance of local practices with security and governance requirements.
  • Organization, Budget & Team Management
    • Contribute to the definition of the target local IS organization and associated recruitment plan.
    • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the Italy IS budget, consolidated at D_Next level.
    • Structure processes and practices to build a sustainable, efficient local IS team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience IS Management (incl. staff, budget, vendor and stakeholder management)
• Strong background in environments combining run operations, projects, and transformation initiatives, ideally in an industrial context
• Proven track record on ERP implementation projects (e.g SAP)
• Solid understanding of application landscapes, support models, and run activities in industrial contexts.
• Strong ability to structure governance, clarify ownership, and secure operations.
• Proven capability to work transversally with business, central IT, and external partners.
• Leadership, prioritization skills, and ability to arbitrate in complex transformation contexts.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. French is a plus.

Location: Firenze

Compensation: € 90.000 - 110.000
