You will:

• Support the team in developing important features that require clear expertise with regards to the following technologies: Node.js, Angular, Google Cloud and MySqL for DB.
• Support CTO to define technical vision and strategy to ensure IT landscape is evolving at a fast pace, embedding best practices from the sector.
• Support task assignment and team management for a team of SW developers.
• Be a partner of other department PoC and translate problems into potential solutions/requirements by removing out the complexity and providing clarity and alignment on roadmap.
• Coordinate new feature release with the multiple stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer and communication beforehand.
• Support CTO in scaling way of working regarding: requirement prioritisation, task assignment, design, development, code review, test and deployment.
• Coach and Mentor other developers to become best in their job and do their performance reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in food delivery platforms/applications is a BIG plus.
• At least 7 years experience as SW developer, incl. management of small teams. Experience as Product Manager or Project Manager is also desirable.
• Expertise on the following technologies: Node.js, Angular, Google Cloud and MySqL.
• Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
• Data-Driven and able to size opportunities.
• Italian (native or bilingual) and fluency in English.
