Introduzione

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a Sales Director for an Asset Servicing & Fund Administration.

  • Business management and oversight: Analysing development opportunities for existing clients and supporting colleagues in prospecting activities. Developing, improving, and monitoring the quality of service with a focus on promoting synergies and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Sales strategy: Executing the sales strategy for his/her geographical area, including being commercially focused to drive optimal financial performance and client satisfaction, whilst maintaining prudent controls. Escalating relationship issues and remaining accountable for the customer-portfolio for the region.
  • Prospecting: Completing proactive calling/prospecting activities on existing and new opportunities/clients, responding to requests for proposals and managing opportunities through the client relationship management and review/approval processes.
  • External engagement: Driving brand awareness/visibility through active, targeted participation in local industry bodies, conferences, and trade associations, as well as understanding and leveraging enterprise connectivity.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement: Monitoring, sharing, and suggesting new ideas related to market issues, client expectations and product/service offering.
  • Collaboration and coaching: Fostering collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing to prioritise suggestions for optimisation. Providing coaching and best practice to colleagues around client relationship, sales processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Budget and new money management: (Contribute to) drawing up the budget, defining an annual target, translating this into a sales roadmap and ensuring ongoing monitoring.
  • Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics and CSR: Complying with all policies and procedures and ensuring all business activities conform to the respective laws and regulations in which they operate. Anticipating and managing risks and taking implementing CSR activities within the team’s activities.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strategic leadership including leading by example, contributing to both individual and team success through focus on execution excellence, innovation, and exemplary client service.
  • Cultivating a cross functional and international mindset that delivers client-centricity and support the organisation’s collective goals.
  • Self-motivator/starter with proven ability to balance a diverse set of priorities in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with an ability to motivate and engage employees with a focus on championing collaboration/teamwork and accountability.
  • Deep and broad experience of Banking and Financial Services, in particular fund management, product knowledge and an awareness of key economic, technological, and commercial drivers.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree qualified, with minimum 10-15 years’ experience.
