He/she will be responsible for the following activities:

• Lead client-facing engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, VP Tax, VP Risk);
• drive the adoption and implementation of AI solutions within complex corporate environments;
• translate business requirements into actionable solutions in collaboration with technical teams;
• support clients in redesigning and optimizing finance processes enabled by AI technologies;
• work closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into active projects;
• coordinate with engineering teams (based in the US and India) to ensure successful delivery of solutions;
• contribute to the overall growth and positioning of the AI platform in the market.

Requirements:

• Background in top-tier management consulting firms (e.g., strategy or leading advisory firms);
• experience at Manager level (or equivalent);
• exposure to Finance functions (e.g., Finance transformation, Risk, Tax), even if through selected projects;
• familiarity with Artificial Intelligence or data-driven solutions is strongly preferred;
• proven ability to engage with senior executives and navigate complex organizations;
• strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• excellent command of English (mandatory); ability to operate in international environments (Europe and the United States);
• strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
• flexibility to work in a fast-growing, cross-border organization.
